Bogota Varsity Sports

     Results from  games played on Tuesday-5-October  by the Varsity teams from Bogota.  

 The Men's Soccer Bucs' traveled to Hawthorne Christian Academy to play the Defenders. The Defenders would score 3 Goals in in the first half.  They then added a another after the restart to finish with a 4-0 win. Bogota's record is now 1-7. Hawthorne Christian Academy's Brock Burres would score 3 Goals. The Defenders Zack Burres had 4 Saves. Bogota's Anthony Zungia recorded 18 Saves.They next play on Thursday-7-October when they travel to Saddle River Day School. Kick-off is scheduled for 4:00p.

   The Lady Bucs Volleyball team  Traveled to Palisades Park to play the Lady Tigers. The Lady Bucs  won the match 2-0 (25-6 : 25-8). Bogota's record is now 10-1.

  Mia Pimentel had a match high with 9 Assists.  Gyanna Hernandez and Ashanna Caviness both has 6 Kills for Bogota. Ms Hernandez also recorded 2 Digs. Lady Bucs' Seniah Burrell scored 8 Service points with 6 Aces. Angelina Buhler also had 8 Service points

  Bogota next plays on Wednesday-6-October when the host Hawthorne Christian Academy. The first serve is schedule for 4:00p and will be played in Speary Gym.
