The Bogota  Public Library will have  story time reading  starting at 10:30a. . This is open available to any Student wishing to join in.  This will be held  under the tree in the Nikki Spiegel Story Time Corner.  The Bogota High School  held their Academic Awards night.  This event was to honour the Students of Bogota High School for the school year of 2018-19 Also during this evening a number of scholarships will be awarded to a members of Graduating Seniors from the Class of 2019. There will be no admissions charged. This is scheduled to start at 7:00p

This the Teaneck Farmers Market will be open for this season. Shoppers will be able purchase locally grown  and produced food items.  This annual event will be every Thursday from June to the end of October. The stand open at 12:00 noon and continue until 6:00p   The Teaneck Farmers Market is located in the municipal parking lot along Beverly Rd Teaneck, NJ. There is additional parking available near by.

   The Bogota  Public Library  host their Toddler play group. This is an opportunity for   young children and their Parents to play and relax in a safe area.   The Bogota Community Garden is having their First garden event of the 2019 growing season. This will allow the public to see the garden and how the spring planting season is progressing. There will also be a presentation by Gauman Garden  on how to grow a garden for pollinators. This is scheduled to start at 10:00a and is a free event. Ridgefield Park, NJ

  The Ridgefield Park Arts Association will present their Summer Arts Fest.  This will be a Festival of Music Dance and Art from local performers from Ridgefield Park and Bogota. This  entertainment will run from 6:00p to 9:00p and be located at Grove St starting at Main. There will be Stages for performances, along with community tables to enjoy food from nearby restaurants.

 Bogota Beautiful will sponsor Yoga in the Park.  This will take place every Sunday in June from 9:00a to 10:00p. It will again be held at the bandshell in Olsen Park. All four session will be lead by Conor Murphy. This is free to the public, however it is asked to contact  Bogota Beautiful at there website: bogotabeautiful.com to make a reservation for as many dates as you wish.  Donation  to support this event can be made to Bogota Beautiful at: https://www.paypal.me/BogotaBeautiful/   Everyone you wishes to attend is required to provide their own mat, towels, and water. Comfortable clothing that will allowed  free and ease of movement  should be worn.

Ridgefield Park, NJ
  The Ridgefield Park Elks Lodge # 1506 will be holding a All you can eat Breakfast. This will start at 8:30a and go until 12:00 noon Prices are $10 for Adults and $5 for student 12 and under. The Breakfast will feature an Omelette station, Pancakes, Bacon,Sausage, French toast, & scrambled eggs. There will also be pastries, cereal along with Coffee, Tea, Milk & Juice. It is asked to bring some Non-perishable food items for the Local Food Pantry.
The Elks lodge is located at the Corner of Spruce & Cedar Sts. Ridgefield Park, NJ

 The Bogota Public  Library will have their Youth's Sewing Club meeting.  This is  open to  Students ages 9-18.  This will teach anyone the art of sewing. There will be a chance to learn machine, and hand sewing as well as shown different project and types of material. The next meeting  of the Bogota Test Kitchen will be held in the second floor of the Bogota Library. At this meeting members are to bring a recipe from this month book, and serve it to the other members as a potluck dinner. While over dinner members can discuss the book, why the chose their dish, and what was it like in the cooking process.   This is a free event and open to anyone over the age of 18 years old.  Anyone wishing to participate must register before hand, with the cookbook of the month available at the Library. The weekly " Meet the Mayor"  event will take place in the office of Mayor Chris Keleman This is open to any Bogota resident who would to ask the Mayor a question about  Bogota, or to discuss any matter to help improve the quality of life in the Borough. Anyone who wishes just to have an informal conversation with the Mayor is also welcome to attend. Meetings will be held on a first come basis. This will run from 5:00p to 7:00p in the Mayor's office. His office is on in Bogota Borough Hall located at 375 Larch Ave. Bogota, NJ.
