Bogota Sports

   Results of Bogota Varsity Sports from Tuesday-11-January.
   The Bogota Bowling Bucs took on the team from Park Ridge/ Emerson at the Parkway Lanes in Elmwood Park, NJ. Bogota would win the match by a score of 7-0.  Franklin Linares had match highs with a 236 Game and 600 series. Mr. Linares set a career high with his 236 game. Park Ridge was led by Michael Gorrin with a 137 game and series high of 343. Bogota's record is now 12-0. They next play on Thursday-13-January against Midland Park. This will be at the Parkway Lanes in Elmwood Park, NJ with the first game scheduled for 4:00p.
    The Bogota/Ridgefield Scarlet-Bucs Wrestling squad traveled to Waldwick to compete against the Warriors. Of the 7 bouts that took place Bogota would win 2 of them. The Bucs Benjamin Rivera at 165 lbs, and Andrew Vargas at 190 lbs would score Pin Falls. For Waldwick Aaron Kim at 138 lbs, Myles Leonard at 150 lbs, Giuseppe Convertino at 157 lbs  Jale Abramson at 175 lbs and Connor Haroutunian at 285 lbs all scored Pin Falls  
  The Scarlet-Bucs' record is now 5-0. They next wrestling on Thursday-13-January against Becton at home in Speary Gym.  The first Bout is scheduled for 7:00p
