Ridgefield Park Varsity Sports

Results of Varsity Sports played by the teams from Ridgefield Park on Friday-30-April. 
  The Lady Scarlets Softball traveled to River Dell  to play the Golden Hawks.  Ridgefield Park would open the scoring with one run in the first inning. River Dell answered that with 3 runs of their own in the bottom of the same inning.  The Golden Hawks then took control of the game with a six run seconded inning and a 7 run third. River Dell would go on to win the game by a score of 17-3. Ridgefield Park's record is now 1-7. 

   The Scarlets'  Eliza Mullen  would lead her team with 1 Run Batted In and a Double. Daysi Santos would also hit a Double for Ridgefield Park Gabby DeGroat would have a game high with 7 Runs Batted In for the Golden Hawks. They would be apart of the 3 Home Runs she would hit in the game. Ms. DeGroat  pitch the five inning game for the win. Samantha Froonjian record 2 Stolen Bases for River Dell

   Ridgefield park next plays on Saturday-1-May at Bergenfield. First Pitch is scheduled for 10:00a.

   The Men's Baseball Scarlets played the Bergenfield Bears at the Biggs Field Baseball Diamond. Bergenfield scored at least two runs in each of the five inning game play. They would win the game by the score of 16-0 . Ridgefield Park's record is now 1-6.

   The Bears' Malik Little had a game high with 4 Runs Battted In.  Mr. Little along with Julian Pinto would hit 2 Doubles each. Raymond Moreta would record a Triple. 

  Ridgefield Park next play on Saturday-1-May against Tenafly at the Biggs Field Baseball Diamond. First Pitch is scheduled for 11:00a.
