Tonight
Rain or freezing rain likely before 10pm, then rain. Temperature falling to near 32 by 8pm, then rising to around 37 during the remainder of the night. North wind 5 to 7 mph becoming east after midnight. Chance of precipitation is 100%. Little or no ice accumulation expected.
Tuesday
Rain, mainly before 10am. Patchy fog before 10am. High near 48. West wind 7 to 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New precipitation amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible.

Partly cloudy, with a low around 23. Wind chill values between 15 and 20. Northwest wind 9 to 14 mph.
Wednesday

-WHERE...Portions of northeast New Jersey, southern Connecticut
  and southeast New York.

- WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Tuesday.

- IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down and use caution while traveling.
